Logging of visiting traffic
LongHairGuys.net makes use of log files to record incoming-traffic statistics.
The data logged per visitor in our traffic-statistic log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
Unless otherwise noted, your logged visiting data is kept for twelve months in our log files for our own analyzing and evaluating at LongHairGuys.net
These log files are not shared with third parties, unless requested within good reason by law enforcement agencies to track malicious visitors.
Traffic logging/Analytics
We use internal server scripts (including security scripts) that collect the above-mentioned anonymous data when a visitor enters and browses LongHairGuys.net
We also use two software plugins that too collect the above mentioned traffic-logging statistics per visitor. These scripts are:
- Wordfence
- WP Statistics
You can opt-out of being tracked by these two software plugins by denying their served traffic-logging cookies.
We also give visitors the ability to rate certain articles at LongHairGuys.net; the script used to enable such functionality will record the rating awarded by the visitor as well as the visitor’s IP and date (of awarding rating).
Usage of visitor data
We do not sell any visitor data to third parties.
We only use unidentifiable visitor data (such as your country of origin or IP) for logging purposes so as to improve our website. You will find described in the first section of this Privacy Policy (“Logging of visiting traffic”) what specific data we log from your visit to our website LongHairGuys.net
Your personal details remain anonymous unless you choose to provide them to us by posting a comment on our website or using our website’s contact form since both actions require that you provide your name and email address.
Usage of cookies
